My Jilbab my pride!
My jilbab is my pride, no one can intimidate me concerning that. You call it, a garment and I call it my soul!!!
Remember! Where there is no soul, no way a life would exist! Why then, do you want me to remove my soul in order to be lifeless?
You said when I remove it, I can fit in the society, I can be civilized? NO! I regard it as lifeless, a state of doom.
My jilbab draws me closer to my Creator, it makes me to be modest, it tells me that my body belongs to HE that created me and only HE can tell me how to adorn it.
You said, I should uncover my adornment, throw my soul away, wear heels in order to fit in the society and be civilized? Whereby Allah the Exalted has given HIS superior and majestic directives concerning adornment! in the holy Qur'an, suratul Nur verse 30: and I quote "and tell the believing women to lower their gaze and be modest, and to display of their adornment only that which is apparent, and to draw their veils over their bosoms, and not to reveal their adornment save to their own husbands or fathers or husband's fathers, or their sons, or their husband's sons, or their brothers or their brother's sons or sister's sons, or their women or their slaves, or their male attendants who lack vigour, or children who know naught of women's nakedness. And let them not stamp their feet so as to reveal what they hide of their adornment. And turn unto Allah together, O believers, in order that ye may succeed".
And in suratul ahzab verse 59: and I quote" O prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters and the believing women to draw their cloaks close round them (when they go abroad) that will be better, so that they may be recognized and not be annoyed. Allah is ever forgiving, merciful.
Still, you think I am forced to wear it? You think I am being oppressed? No! He who dances to the tune of the creatures rather than that of the Creator is being forced to do whatever he does, and it is he who is being oppressed..
To sum up, this our religion is simple and explicit, except for he, that takes it ( Islamic religion) as a burden, then it would be burdensome to him.

Masha Allah! This is so inspiring!
